I have a customer for my gardening business with learning difficulties. I just phoned here to ask if she would like her lawn mowing today (I know her lawn needs it but. most of my customers appreciate being asked before I turn up). Unfortunately just as I was phoning her she was phoning somebody else so so instead of ringing the phone went strait though and I immediately got an earful of dialling noises (Old school land line), then I get my customer at the other end slightly confused that I am not the person she was trying to call. She quite reasonably concludes that she pressed the wrong auto dial (Nice to know I'm on her auto dial) and had dialled the wrong number. Unfortunately once she had decided on this it became impossible for me to convince her otherwise. I think any attempt to call back thismorning will just cause confusion. I'll try again tomorrow and do another job today.
